A great opportunity for a BDM with knowledge of the Security Industry has arisen to join the business to help build on the success and lead the next stage of growth.

Previous experience of selling keyholding, guarding, or temporary CCTV/Detection systems would be a distinct advantage, however not essential.

To support our Commercial Director we are looking to recruit a full time position that would involve supporting on acquisitions (deal origination) and providing management information to support the board and sales team on business performance.

This is a very broad role that will get exposure and input into all areas of our business. This is a key role that sits in Group to support business performance and our growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identification of business suitable for us to acquire
  • Assist the Board in progressing their transactions
  • Liaise with prospective purchasers and chase interest
  • Arrange meetings with clients and the Board
  • Prepare summary reports to the Boards on progress
  • Maintain and control information flow between the Board and target clients
  • Issue agenda/discussion points for client and IP meetings
  • Produce MI and data to review sales/business performance at sales person, business and group level.
  • Provide commentary on trends, analysis and observations of data

Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong research abilities and / or experience
  • Excellent telephone skills / manner
