ARM Secure is now the trading name that is made up of our two sister companies. The companies: Alarm Response and Keyholding (ARK) and VRC Monitoring Solutions can provide separate and blended solutions security solutions to our Customers, Service Partners, and Installers that we work with.
The role of the Head of Sales is to be responsible for the overall sales and strategic performance of our Monitoring (new and existing customers) and Keyholding business to grow our proposition to the markets we serve. Under the ARM Secure brand this role involves assisting in the driving of Keyholding sales as part of our overall ARM Secure brand.
The heart of our performance is to ensure ARM Secure operates on a profitable basis with turnover growth along with the customer service level and regulatory standards being exceeded. A key focus is adding new and regular review of existing customers to achieve profitable customers to both businesses and retaining our existing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and marketing strategy on new and existing business opportunities/sector focus for monitoring solutions
- Manage the sales/account team for security solutions ensuring opportunities presented are converted and growth is maximized
- Manage a small existing sales team and to add to it quickly
- Identify new opportunities by development of a pipeline for monitoring
- Manage the growth of our network of existing and new installers and end clients for monitoring
- Attend networking events
- Ensure client meetings with key accounts are held
- Management of Contracts and adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Account management of critical Key Accounts and growth
- Regular review of the profitability of customer contracts and make decisions to protect the margin performance
- Effective management of Customer Care and Retention
- Drive to minimise Attrition of Recurring Annual Revenue (RAR)
- Identify and secure ‘Partner’ opportunities in all geographical areas

ARM Secure Keyholding specialises in providing Keyholding and Alarm Response services across the UK to secure your home or business and ensure the safety of your family and employees.

You will have an overview of all accounts managed by the team. This role is diverse, excited and varied working closely with the Operations team to provide business and administrative support. Job Description
- You will take responsibility of a number of customer accounts, for which you must provide first-class customer service, always ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and excelled upon.
- Maintaining the info mailbox alongside the rest of the account team.
