If an intruder is detected on site, our Response Centre team are notified and asked to verify the threat. This is made more efficient thanks to the latest AI technology that we use across our whole estate, which can decipher the footage to help our decision making.

Once our team have evaluated the situation, they will then action an appropriate response to secure the site. This could be an audio warning to the intruder, notifying the emergency services or dispatching an alarm response officer. We will continue monitoring the site until confident that it has been secured, or the incident has been passed over to the appropriate services.
