ARM secure Ltd is a leading provider of Keyholding, Alarm Response, Manned Guarding & Monitoring Services across the UK. Our business has been established for 20 years, in which time we have perfected effective, bespoke monitoring solutions to protect people, their properties & ensure peace of mind for our customers.
Our busy Alarm Receiving & Remote Video Response Centre is located in Yate, Bristol, where our highly experienced team work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing outstanding customer care & technical support to grow our customer base.
We are looking to expand the team & recruit a 1ST Line Technical Support to provide technical support services to our installer partners. This role will report to our Monitoring Station General Manager.
Responsibilities
Brief outline of duties is below (though this list is not exhaustive):
• Assist with installing & maintaining networks, servers, software & hardware
• First Line Support – Inbound Tech Support queries offering support to installer partners relating to CCTV & Alarm signalling systems
• Onboarding of new products, services & technologies
• Processing CCTV applications – including set-up & design
• False Alarm Management – Data analysis • Support provision for our inhouse online interactive tech tools
• Preparing compliancy documents
• Liaising with service providers via telephone & email
• Emergency out of hours support for the Alarm Receiving Centre
The Person
You will have experience in external and internal networking with high level experience of Microsoft OS. You will also have a real passion to work with our Installer and internal customers.
Ideally you will have some experience working in telecoms but you could have a background of being a CCTV/Intruder Engineer looking for a change.
